Strategies for shopping at Whole Foods: Find "The Whole Deal" newsletter at check-out and check out the coupons in there! Go on-line to eBay and locate coupon sellers who are selling stacks of coupons they've cut out of the Mambo Sprouts booklets in groups of 10 and 20. (Whole Foods used to give these away at check-out, but have since produced their OWN coupon book with coupons you can only use at Whole Foods. BOO.) They do not double or triple any coupons, but they do accept internet printables. You can find printables for some organic and natural foods here and here.
I have often found produce deals randomly when I visit that are even comparable in price to Fiesta (which is hard to do). The price for Organic Valley Milk is always less here than at Kroger (weird). And if you are as into Rice Milk as we are, buy the 365 Organic Vanilla Rice Milk, as it is THE cheapest of any brand anywhere.
Visit them here on-line.
