Janet, here's how I do it: When Cottonelle has a Sunday paper coupon for .50¢ off 1 4-pack, I gather as many as I can from friends, neighbors, buying extra papers, and buying stacks of just this coupon from eBay. Then when Kroger puts that Cottonelle on sale for $1, which they do quite often, I buy 3 packs at a time using 3 of those coupons equalling 3 free packs of toilet paper. (Kroger will double 3 of the same coupon in one transaction, so often I will stand there and make 3 or 4 transactions of 3. They don't mind.) Then I've stockpiled toilet paper until the next sale/coupon.
I am a genius toilet paper mastermind! HA HA HA!

Toilet paper, a must use product. I have never thought of doing it this way. Great idea.
