Win some Hershey's Kisses. (and some self-control to boot)

Well, dear readers, since it has already been established that I have no self-control when it comes to, oh, CHOCOLATE, it was quite lovely for Hershey's to have just established The Moderation Nation. Sadly, Happily, they sent me the information WITH chocolate.

So, let's see...I can install an app on my iPhone, or use the Moderation Nation website to make meal plans. It even has a tool for me to input my main dish, and it'll give me side dish recommendations to make a rounded-out nutritionally sound meal. There's a guide to what portions should look like. (what do you mean that mountain of garlic mashed potatoes on my plate should serve my entire family?) There's even a tracker so I can look back on what I've eaten and done and see good or bad patterns in my habits and work on modifying them to be more in balance. Chocolate, oh, chocolate, there's still room for you.

Win It:
I'd like to share this helpful information with y'all, and I'm now giving one of my readers a Moderation Nation Kit (T-shirt, Food Journal, and of course, a bag of Hershey's Kisses! mmmwah!) Just leave your name and email in a comment below and tell me what on the Moderation Nation website will be the most helpful for you? I'll leave this giveaway open until Friday October 8th at which time I'll randomly choose a winner. Please leave your email address in the comment so I can contact you if you win!

Mommy's Wish List Giveaway Disclosure: Hershey's and MyBlogSpark provided the product for this giveaway, as well as sending product to my family. I did not receive any other compensation. This post was not edited or reviewed by anyone.

Subscribe to Mommy's Wish List so you don't miss a deal.
Pay it forward, people! And, by the way, Mommy's Wish List is two-years-old this month, and I'll be giving away what seems like a bazillion things in the next week in honor of my bloggy birthday! Yeah for you!

Wow, that website is AMAZING! Thanks for posting. I'm really loving the "Moderation Eating" section where you can select your lifestyle and print out a whole weeks menu for the family. Makes menu planning a whole lot easier!

This comment is for MaryAnn:

I'm so excited about the Hershey's giveaway and the info we can access on Moderation Nation--I think the portion control will be the most helpful to me as I tend to go overboard, reminding myself that, after all, it's a "diet" or "healthy selection". Thanks for your awesome blog--I just found you about a year ago! Sincerely, MaryAnn at e-mail
