Win an Earth-Friendly Scott Naturals paper products Gift Box!

Who won last week's Scott Naturals Giveaway? Purple Lover (purple_lover_04@xxx) She will get an email on Monday afternoon. Maybe YOU will win this big ol' box of recycled paper products this week. It's the last week you guys! I know y'all ALL use paper products in your house. Give it a shot, email readers, come visit Mommy's Wish List and leave a comment on this post to enter. It's easy!

And to all of you that have pledged to do just one thing to help the Earth this month, thanks! It's amazing to think about what one small life change can do to impact the Earth in a big way...Think about how many plastic grocery bags you didn't use this month because you used your big totes instead. Think about how many trees you didn't kill because you used recycyled paper products instead. Think about how many plastic bottles you kept out of landfills because you used a stainless steel canteen water bottle every day instead. Think about how much nicer your child's neighborhood playground is, since you and your kids picked up the trash. I'm so proud of y'all!

If you haven't tried them yet, Scott Naturals recycled fiber paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and flushable wipes will satify both your practical and your eco-friendly needs this month during the Scott Naturals Test Drive. At our house, we've got a big bowl by the sink. Into this big bowl goes everything vegetable-waste related: leaves from my dying houseplants, cucumber peelings, apple cores, egg shells (even the cascarones from Easter), and my every day coffee grounds. Then, once a week, we dump the bowl into the composter in the backyard. We're growing our own dirt, and lessening the trash waste that we produce. Those are our little steps, what do you do?

Don't forget, for everyone who pledges here, Scott Naturals will donate $1 to the National Wildlife Foundation. Let's help the National Wildlife Foundation reach their $25,000 goal by the end of the week!

You can even print awesome coupons for Scott Naturals products both here and here to help you with your own green Test Drive this month. Take those coupons to your local Walmart this week, and look for the 4-pack of toilet tissue...you'll get a swell deal on it using these coupons!

Week Four Win It:
This is the last week I'm giving away a Scott Naturals Gift Box. Wanna win it this week? (It has a 6-pack of paper towels, a 4-pk of toilet paper, a 400-pack of napkins, and a 170-pack of flushable wipes and dispenser.)

This week, leave your name and email in a comment below and tell me what one life change you might have made to impact the Earth this month! BONUS ONE: Get a second entry by clicking here to tell Scott to donate to the NWF. Then come back and make a second comment to tell me you've done so. BONUS TWO: Get a third entry when you go here and "Like" Mommy's Wish List on Facebook. Then come back and make a third comment to tell me you've done so.  BONUS THREE: Get a fourth entry when you go follow me on Twitter. Little steps are the key, because everyone together can make a big difference and a littler foot print. connie.lynn@sbcglobal.net

We have made a lot of changes this month actually...using re-usable grocery sacks and re-fillable water bottles. But also turning off lights and water when not in use. Or recycling our paper. Also, I am trying to do these things at work too!

I make sure that aluminan cans are not thrown in the trash, I can't believe the people that think nothing of tossing the can into the trash!

As usual, we recycled absolutely everything possible -- I had to call for an additional 96-gallon cart :) *Thanks* for the giveaway!

I have moved away from using the air conditioner and open my windows and use a fan only if I need it. I got used to it quickly and am really saving energy!

We have gradually over the past year been reducing our lives to be more environmentally responsible--one of the things we've done is to invest in a water filter and some good water bottles.

A really awesome change we've made these past few months is beginning full recycling. I love it!

I have really tried this last month to step up the recycling. I have also been buying green cleaning products.
