Bertolli Premium Soups for Two: a restaurant quality meal at home.

Bertolli does it again with yet another savory and delicious authentic Italian dish: soup! Just in time for winter weather, we can all whip up something that there's no way anyone at my house is gonna believe I cooked. HA! It's so warm, hearty and truly delicious. All the veggies taste freshly picked. Seriously, I can't make soup this good. My family has been asking for this a couple of times a week now, since I've gotten them hooked on it.

He put ALL THAT in the soup.

Just recently, I spent an evening hanging out with my BFFs Jennifer and Holly, and my son Quinn tasting all the Bertolli soups, made by Chef Michael from Bertolli. And Jennifer, who beautifully dumped it. We liked, no loved, that the only instruction was to just dump it out of the frozen bag into the pot, add 1 cup of hot water and simmer for 10 minutes. DONE!  Everything in Bertolli Soup is flash frozen at it's freshness peak, and the stock for the soups is cooked for 4 hours before they freeze it. Chef Michael is very busy.

RealPoshMom makes it look easy. Ok, it is easy.

You can find out all about the Bertolli Premium Soups for Two on their Facebook Page here. Bertolli soups come in four flavors right now, but Chef Michael says he's working on a couple of new ones! You can find them here: Chicken Minestrone, Roasted Chicken and Rotini Pasta, Tomato Florentine and Tortellini with Chicken, and Tuscan Style Beef and Vegetables. Quinn's favorite is the Tomato Florentine.
