Quinn's favorite thing in the whole wide world is the Bowl of Bob Armstrong from Mattito's in Dallas. This is a special off-menu item that you have to ask for at Mattito's.
To give the kid what he likes here at home too, I make my own special Bowl of Bob and I serve it with not only chips, but Taquitos to dip into the Bob, and voila there's a quick dinner. (Cucumbers in Sour Cream & Dill on the side counts as your salad!) By the way, you can get a $1 off Jose Ole Taquitos on their website here.

Mattito's Bowl of Bob:
Melt the following in your crockpot:
Block of Velveeta Cheese, cut up into cubes
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
1 roll of breakfast sausage (that you've already cooked and crumbled in a skillet.)
Let this heat up, stirring occasionally, until of course it looks like queso.
When you're ready to serve it, add a big heaping spoonful of sour cream, and another of guacamole into each person's bowl. Stir it all together, and you have Bob.
