LEGO: free mini build event January 2013.

Take your kid (aged 6 to 14) to your local Lego Store for their free monthly Mini-Build event. This month, they'll show you how to make a tiny igloo, on Tuesday January 8th at 5pm. Contact your local store to make sure they are participating in this event. Details for my local store at NorthPark Center in Dallas are here.

The Continuing Adventures of Lego Burn Notice
Now, I can put my tiny Lego Michael Weston from Burn Notice in mortal danger not off the coast of tiny Lego Miami, but off the grid in tiny Lego Alaska, trying to protect tiny Lego penguins from being eaten by tiny (but giant) Lego Polar Bears, who not coincidentally look eerily similar to tiny Lego Abominable Snowmen.

All the while tiny Fiona and her big gun keeps an eye out for Lego bad guys driving Lego dog sleds, and Sam drinks a tiny spiked Lego cocoa. Tiny Lego Madeline laughs at Sam while puffing on her tiny Lego cigarette, because he is trying to ride a tiny Lego walrus and drink that tiny cocoa all at the same time.

What boy children do with Legos: the cast of Burn Notice.
